How often should I receive sports massage?
This depends on your activity levels, overall health and, if active, the activity you regularly undertake. For someone moderately active in multiple sports, we recommend one session per week. Your massage therapist will discuss with you the correct amount of treatments at your first assessment.
What should I wear to a sports massage?
A sports massage therapist will usually prefer you to wear loose-fitting clothing so that they can easily access and treat the source of your problem. If you are receiving a massage on the top half of your body and would feel more comfortable doing so, a sports bra is usually fine for us to work around.
